PETITE CLASSIC COLLECTION
We have been making our iconic Petite Breakfast since 1865. Petite Breakfast follows the same cheesemaking process as our other cheeses, but skips the aging room, making it a fresh Brie. Sold fresh and young, it has a tangy flavor and a slightly spongy texture, reminiscent of creamy cheese curds. Because of its texture, Petite Breakfast is versatile for hot and cold usages, such as salads or pastries.

Petite Crème is everything a Brie style cheese should be – smooth, creamy, and elegant. Our California original has a creamy paste, slightly sweet flavor, and a velvety white rind that provides a delicate, tangy finish.
• Pair with a Chardonnay or Pinot Noir.
Petite Camembert has a complex, aromatic character as it ages. Its interior is creamy and has a deep golden color and thin white rind. The flavor is robust with hints of mushroom. Camembert differs distinctly from Brie by the cultures used to produce Camembert’s authentic earthy flavor and flowing texture.

Our Petite Jalapeño is a triple-crème Brie, with a creamy and spicy taste. The bold flavor of the red and green jalapeño peppers brings a spicy kick, while being tamed by the creamy taste and smooth texture of the Brie.

Petite Mustard: The newest addition to Marin French Cheese’s petite collection, this triple-cream brie has bold, nutty, aromatic character with black and brown mustard seeds throughout.

Petite Ash: Our Petite Ash is a creamy triple-crème Brie. The thin, elegant layer of ash underneath the cream-line maintains its soft, creamy texture while developing a mildly earthy taste.

Petite Truffle is our rich, smooth, award-winning Triple Crème Brie specked with Black Truffles for the irresistibly earthy aroma of mushrooms balanced with sweet cream.

Small-batch buckets are used during the make process, which allows for gentle stirring and cutting of the curds so a fluffy whipped-cream texture can be achieved. After 9-14 days of aging, Petite Supreme develops a thin, snow white rind and a slightly firm yet lush interior. With an aroma of sweet milk, flavors are tangy with grassy and salty notes that develop as the cheese ages.
