Preheat oven to 375°F
Cut puff pastry sheet into 24 small squares (roll flat if needed).
Firmly place pastry squares into the cups of a non-stick or buttered mini-muffin tin and use a fork to prick holes in the bottom of the pastry.
Bake empty for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven. Cut the Petite Truffle Brie into small cubes and place one cube into each hot pastry cup, topping with a dollop of your cranberry condiment.
Cook for an additional 7-10 minutes, until golden brown with gooey cheese.
Remove from oven and let cool a few minutes.
Top with sage and enjoy!
