Pairing
WINE WINE
A glass of full-bodied red wine, such as a Cabernet Sauvignon or a rich Merlot, complements the richness of the truffle brie beautifully. Alternatively, a crisp white wine like Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc can provide a refreshing contrast, enhancing the earthy notes of the black truffle.
BEER BEER
For beer enthusiasts, a robust stout or porter pairs wonderfully with our black truffle brie cheese. The deep, roasted flavors of these beers harmonize with the creamy texture and truffle essence. A Belgian Dubbel can also be a delightful choice, offering a sweet maltiness that balances the cheese's richness.
CHEESEBOARD FAVORITES CHEESEBOARD FAVORITES
When creating a cheeseboard, consider adding fresh fruits like figs or pears, which enhance the earthy notes of the brie with truffle. Complement these with a selection of nuts, such as walnuts or hazelnuts, and a drizzle of honey for a touch of sweetness. Artisan crackers or crusty bread will provide the perfect vehicle for enjoying this luxurious cheese.
STAFF PICKS STAFF PICKS
Our staff loves to pair the truffle brie with a tangy fig jam for a delightful contrast of flavors. Another favorite is to serve it alongside prosciutto, where the saltiness of the meat beautifully balances the creaminess of the cheese. For a unique twist, try it melted over a savory mushroom risotto, allowing the truffle flavor to shine through in every bite.

How long should the cheese be out of the fridge before serving?

It is best to leave your cheese out 30-60 minutes prior to serving for optimal flavor and texture.

There is white mold on my Petite Breakfast. Is this safe to eat?

Petite Breakfast is safe to eat even if there is some white mold on the outside. The cheese briefly shares an aging space with our older Brie cheeses and may pick up some of the  cultures that form their rind. It can be enjoyed as is or, if you prefer, you can trim off the white rind.
