INGREDIENTS

Cultured Pasteurized Cow’s Milk, Pasteurized Cream, Peppercorns, Garlic, Salt, Microbial Enzymes.
Pairing
WINE WINE
For a delightful pairing, we recommend a dry Riesling. This aromatic varietal complements the savory strength of garlic and pepper while adding a touch of stone fruit sweetness and refreshing acidity to cleanse the palate.
BEER BEER
Embrace the French inspiration of this cheese with a light, fruity French-style cider (Cidre). Its floral notes can stand up to the richness of the cheese without overshadowing it.
CHEESEBOARD FAVORITES CHEESEBOARD FAVORITES
Petite Garlic & Pepper is a standout on any cheeseboard. Its bold flavors shine alongside pickled items like Cornichons or olives, and you can get creative with fresh carrots or asparagus spears. Add candied or roasted nuts for a crunchy contrast, and consider tart fruit flavors like dried cranberries or cherry jam for a delightful balance.
STAFF PICKS STAFF PICKS
For the 'Legendary Host', we recommend serving this cheese with a selection of charcuterie, such as prosciutto or salami, to create a savory platter that sparks conversation and delight. A drizzle of balsamic glaze can also enhance the overall flavor experience, making your gathering truly memorable.

How long should the cheese be out of the fridge before serving?

It is best to leave your cheese out 30-60 minutes prior to serving for optimal flavor and texture.

There is white mold on my Petite Breakfast. Is this safe to eat?

Petite Breakfast is safe to eat even if there is some white mold on the outside. The cheese briefly shares an aging space with our older Brie cheeses and may pick up some of the  cultures that form their rind. It can be enjoyed as is or, if you prefer, you can trim off the white rind.
