Triple Crème Brie Cheese
Marin French Cheese Co.’s Triple Crème Brie is created using traditional French cheese making techniques that start with local milk, added cream, and a unique blend of cultures. The result is a brie style cheese that is smooth and creamy with slightly sweet, milky flavors and a velvety white rind. Our award winning cheese made its name internationally known at the World Cheese Awards in London in 2005. It was the only cheese to win Gold in the Brie category amongst all European competitors, for an unprecedented win over even the French cheese entrants. This feat was repeated in 2010.
Size: 16oz and 8oz
Ingredients: Cultured Pasteurized Cow’s Milk, Pasteurized Cream, Salt, Microbial Enzymes.
Truffle Triple Crème Brie Cheese
Our Truffle Brie starts with the same base as our Triple Crème Brie and gets real black truffles imported from France added to the fresh milk that you can easily see speckled throughout the creamy paste. The result is a cheese that is irresistibly earthy and aromatic, balanced with notes of sweet cream. This 16oz wheel is rich and decadent and a little goes a long way, so it can typically be found for sale at shops pre-cut into wedges.
Ingredients: Cultured Pasteurized Cow’s Milk, Pasteurized Cream, Truffles, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Truffle Juice, Natural Aroma, Salt, Microbial Enzymes
Tasting Notes
Whether you are sticking with our classic Triple Crème Brie or going with Truffle Triple Crème Brie, let your personal tastes guide the way when choosing what to eat alongside these award winning cheeses. Truffle lovers will celebrate the rich depth of mushroomy flavor while others may prefer the milder Triple Crème Brie that they can enjoy with a wider range of accompaniments.

Wine
Champagne or sparkling wine are going to offer the ultimate drink pairing for both these cheeses. The crisp bubbles will complement the rich cream and/or earthy truffles, and will have you hoping it’s an experience that never ends! If looking for a red we suggest a medium-bodied Burgundy to match the terroir of the black truffles imported from France.
-
Beer
The added creaminess of these cheeses allow them to stand up to some stronger beers like IPA that have a hoppier flavor. Both are also great with sweeter, malt forward beers like stout or porter.

Cheeseboard Favorites
When it comes to truffle, you really don’t need a lot of additional flavors to make the cheese shine. The truffle itself should carry the show, so stick to some classics like prosciutto or mild salami, buttery olives, and crunchy bread. The Triple Crème Brie is also delicious all on its own but the sweet cream flavors create a wonderful opportunity for all kinds of flavor pairings. Fresh berries or fruit jams are a simple sweet delight for a cheese board or dessert plate.

Staff Picks
For all the pickle lovers and fermentation “freaks” out there, you’re not alone. The added fat content and resulting mouth feel of this cheese can call for something bright to break up bites and have you going back for more. One of our staff favorites to have alongside this cheese is cornichons. The small pickled cucumbers act as more of a palate cleanser than pairing, but are great for a savory cheese board that you want to just keep snacking on.
Recipe Suggestions
We recommend you eat this cheese, including the rind at room temperature. Take the cheese out of the fridge 30 minutes before ready to eat. You can cook with our Triple Crème Brie and the flavor is amazing on some roasted garlic potatoes, but please be aware that it’s going to be extra gooey with all the added cream!
