Our collection of 4oz Petite cheeses are a unique size perfect for snacking, enjoying alone, or sharing with friends. This line of smaller format cheeses originated with our founder creating Breakfast Cheese in the late 1800s to feed hungry dock workers coming into the San Francisco bay after the gold rush, and has grown into a line fit for traditionalists and more modern tastes alike.

Our soft ripened cheeses are handcrafted in small batches to allow for personal attention and care throughout the entire cheesemaking process. We offer our traditional 16oz and 8oz cheeses, our 4oz Petites, and a few specialty products, with a variety of tastes and textures that together offer a cheese to fit the need of any occasion. From receiving the milk from local North Bay dairies fresh daily to putting on the final labels, we pride ourselves on creating artisan products committed to quality and flavor.
